The specific roles can vary but you’ll be using your creativity and analytical skills to identify the best channels for growth, launch impactful campaigns and build brand awareness. Our programme is designed for people with 0-2 years of experience who have a keen interest in marketing and are excited to build a career in startups.

Marketing Associate 🚀
In a marketing associate role, you'll use your knowledge of the company to reach your ideal customers in the most effective way. Displaying both creativity and analytical skills, you'll grow a brand's reach across various channels. If you're people focused and keen to work across a breadth of activities, this might be the right role for you!
Growth Associate 💬
In a growth role, you'll be identifying which channels will accelerate a company's growth. You'll be driving insights from data and running experiments to identify growth opportunities. Launching and optimising paid ad campaigns is often a core part of this role so experience with paid ad platforms is a real plus. If you're analytically minded, enjoy optimisation and are full of ideas, this could be the role for you!
Content Marketer ✍️
Content marketing roles can vary but are great for highly creative people who have an interest in copywriting and design. From writing captivating email campaigns to launching inspiring social campaigns, the role is all about understanding your audience and creating content that engages, inspires and converts.
Social Media Executive 🤳
In a social media role, you’ll be working on promoting a company and growing a brand’s profile across various social media platforms. From creating scroll-stopping content to launching high-impact social campaigns, creativity and an ability to keep up with social trends are key in this role. A desire to use analytics tools to identify effective content is great too.

Each cohort has a real variety of roles, so you’ll definitely find something that suits you. You might even be surprised about which role takes your fancy when you start hearing from the startup founders and teams. Our startup spotlights (where you hear directly from teams and founders over Zoom) demystify roles that can often be a little confusing when they’re written in a job description.
