Chief of Staff

Works directly with a startup founder on strategic initiatives, marketing, operations, sales and much more. This role is an exceptional opportunity to shape an organisation, and form part of the senior leadership team.

Head of Special Projects

You’d be seeking out opportunities for your startup to expand, evolve and improve - and then executing on high-impact projects. You might be building a new stream of revenue, working to understand customer needs, or expanding to a new location.

Head of Operations

Operators form the backbone of the company, making sure it runs efficiently and with a solid strategy. You could be responsible for everything from organisational structure, to finance, to the day-to-day running of the business.

Strategy Lead

As Strategy Lead, you'd be responsible for finding opportunities for the business to grow. You'd take into account trends, gaps, and customer needs, and then make recommendations around what the company should focus on, and how they should allocate resources.

Founder's Associate

Founder’s Associates are generalists who work directly with a startup founder on strategic initiatives, marketing, operations, sales and much more. This role is an exceptional opportunity for anyone keen to be part of the senior leadership.

Daniel studied Engineering at UCL and Economics at LSE before joining Jumpstart's July 2021 cohort. 

Nadia Elgaddal: Changing the game in women’s health

Nadia got onto Jumpstart after applying for a second time, and is now Marketing Associate at Vira Health, working on improving menopause care.

Sophia Shafiee: from studying Classics to building an e-commerce brand

Sophia was an editor of a student journal at the University of Oxford, as well as a volunteer for a Ugandan-based social enterprise, before she joined Jumpstart.

Hatty Tagart: working in social media at a tech startup

Hatty studied English at Durham, where she was vice president of a charity fashion show, before joining our February 2022 cohort.
