Experience-wise, we look for:
Bankers or Consultants – 1-3 years in a fast paced and high pressure environment with exposure to senior clients.
Ex Founders – individuals who have gone from 0-1 and set up a business from scratch, and are looking for their next opp
startup or scaleup operators – 1-3 years experience working a tech startup environment across various functions and departments
More importantly, we want to know about your side hustles, sporting achievements, the targets you’ve exceeded.
Salaries range from £50-80K OTE.
Commercial Associate
As a Commercial Associate, you will be focused not only on getting outbound leads and prospects, but for figuring out the playbook for getting customers to sign up yourself. Often this requires a very consultative approach, working closely with the product team to work out how this can be tailored to a prospect's needs. Requires a combination of commercial acumen with analytical & problem solving skills.
Go to Market Associate
Similar to the Commercial Associate, role but with more of a focus of working out WHO the startup should be targeting building out their sales playbook. Requires a combination of commercial instincts with project management and analytical skills.
Commercial Founder Associate
Like a more standard FA, you will still do a variety of cross functional projects (e.g. product, marketing, operations) to drive the startup forward, but the emphasis will be on bringing in and converting sales leads.
