The roles our early careerists normally go into
If you're like everyone else, you probably aren't 100% sure what role you want to go into. A core part of our onboarding helps you decide, so don't worry! See below for the normal roles:
Founder's Associate / Generalist
This is one of the most popular roles because it involves working hand in hand with the Founder on important strategic initiatives. It is an exceptional training ground because you get exposure to the entire business - whether that be in marketing, operations, sales, product, strategy and so on. Over time, you will specialise and likely become part of the senior leadership within a couple of years.
The training and support we provide
Each Jumpstart cohort immediately receives 40+ hours of bespoke training, ongoing support, mentorship, and a community of other like-minded early careerists pursuing exciting things in the start-up space. Find out more here.

Who do we look for?
We look for early careerists (graduated in the last 0-2 years) or students in their final year looking for a role after they graduate. The scheme is flexible so you can get onto the programme without giving up your current job.
International students can also apply if they do not require additional corporate sponsorship as per the government's Graduate Immigration Route.
